Lilah obtained her Master’s in Biochemistry and Food Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel). She is joining us in co-supervision with the group of Cordelia Selomulya and will develop biopolymer-based edible coatings to improve the function and storage of food products (Master of Science – Biochemistry, Food Science and Nutrition)
